PrimeBox Account & Data Deletion

In compliance with Google Play Store developer policies, you have complete control over your account. Submit a deletion request below or delete directly in the app.

Request Permanent Account & Data Erasure

Enter the registered Google account email associated with your PrimeBox app. Our administrators will verify your request and permanently erase your account, Backblaze B2 files, videos, and wallet balance.

Use the exact Gmail address you used during Google Sign-In in the PrimeBox app.
Administrative review typically takes 24 to 48 hours.

Alternative: Delete Inside the PrimeBox App (Instant)

If you have the PrimeBox Android application installed on your device, you can delete your account instantly without waiting for administrator approval:

Open PrimeBox App & Go to Settings

Launch the PrimeBox app on your Android device. Tap the Me tab at the bottom right, then select Settings (or tap your profile card).

Select "Delete Account"

Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen where the red danger section is located and tap Delete Account.

Confirm Permanent Deletion

A safety dialog will ask: "Are you sure you want to delete your account? All your uploaded files, videos, wallet coins, and data will be permanently erased." Tap "Yes, Delete Everything".

Instant Cloud & Server Purge

Your authentication tokens, cloud files in Backblaze B2, wallet balance, and personal data are erased immediately. The app clears local cache and returns you to the login screen.

What Data is Erased & Retention Policy

When an account deletion is executed (either in-app or upon administrator approval of your web request), the following data categories are purged:

Personal Profile

Your Google UID, display name, email address, profile avatar, and active authentication tokens are removed.

Uploaded Cloud Files

All photos, videos, documents, folders, and video thumbnails stored in Backblaze B2 servers are permanently deleted.

Wallet & Earnings

Your wallet balance, coin transaction history, and pending withdrawal records are eradicated.

Channels & Posts

Your broadcast channels, channel posts, subscriber records, and shared links are erased.

Retention Period

All user files and identifying personal data are purged permanently upon approval. A timestamped audit log of the deletion event (without storing personal files) is maintained for security auditing and regulatory compliance.
